We aim to be flexible in our opening times and if you wish to gain access to the venue earlier than 9.00am please let us know and we will ensure our hostess is there to greet you.  During the day we ask you to adhere to the times stated as rooms need to be organised for the next customer.  If your booking is likely to overrun please check with the hostess to see if the room is free.  If it is, then you are welcome to stay.  Extra charges will be made for any hour or part hour over the stated times that you occupy the room.
